PAYMENTS, TAXES, FEES, TERMINATION, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Payments, Taxes, Fees
You agree that you will pay for all products and services you purchase through Michigan Off Road Recovery (also referred to as M.O.R.R.), and that M.O.R.R. may charge your payment method for any products and/or services purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Account or Service Order. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL PRODUCTS, SERVICES, FEES, AND/OR OTHER CHARGES AND FOR PROVIDING M.O.R.R. WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED CATEGORIES. In the event of a partial or split payment all policies still apply individually as well as to the total combined amount. Any split or partial payments shall not be considered a deposit, retainer, or down payment of any kind.

Refund, Cancellation, Termination
All sales are final unless a written agreement is made prior to sale by business owner authorized personnel and noted in the original receipt. Michigan Off Road Recovery does not issue refunds on services for any reason including but not limited to cancellation, incomplete service, over payment, or any other reason not specifically outlined in this policy. Prices for products offered via the Services may change at any time, and the Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction, promotional offering, or any other circumstance not specifically outlined in this policy. Your total price will include the price of the product(s) and/or service(s) plus any applicable taxes or fees; such taxes and fees are based on the bill-to address and the tax rate in effect at the time of payment as well as your payment method. Michigan Off Road Recovery reserves the right to terminate and/or cancel any and all services, agreements, contracts or other arrangements and types of service/product orders and requests at any time, and for any reason including but not limited to no reason at all, and may do so freely without stipulations, conditions, restrictions or any expectations of compensation or refund to the customer. All services are considered at will unless a written contract has been made prior to service and payment, and has been signed by business owner authorized personnel.
